Returns Policy
Is your product defective or damaged? If so, please contact us through our Support Desk and we will get back to you as fast as we can! Our products are bottled and sealed to ensure sanitation and purity, therefore we can only accept defective or damaged products.
If you find that the product you received is defective or damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of goods.
You can inform us by dropping us a message and a photo of the defective product. Support Desk is here to save the day!
We will walk you through the next few steps there.
Our kits and collections are counted as one product, so any product kit subject for exchange must be complete upon return.
