We want our L&S Essentials as soon as possible too!
Local orders are processed within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and holiday. Before shipping your order, we go through it to make sure that it meets our quality standards.
Orders outside Manila will ship in 4-5 business days.
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately by dropping us a line at our Support Desk.
Please do drop us a line within 3 days of receiving your product and we will replace your product right away!
After 3 days, we will not be able to replace goods deemed damaged or defective.
Our bad! Please do drop us a line at our Support Desk within 3 days of receiving the products. If you can send us a copy of your order confirmation, then that will help us to move forward quickly!
If you can cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it, then we will gladly accommodate you. Otherwise, we are working really hard to get it to you on time and your order may have already been processed and shipped.
